What Causes Spot And Yellow Discharge From Penis?

Hello, Last year I noticed a spot on my penis it was quite big firsty I thought it was forcye spots. I then noticed it was too big to be a forcyde spot. So the other week I decided 2 scratch it and it came off. It has again filled with something and I squeezed it earlier. When this happened yellow stuff came out. What is it this spot?
