What Causes Spots And Flash Of Light In Vision?

hello my daughter is 7 years old she is complaining off seen spots and flash of light, some times headaches, she see fine out if the eye she said she can read go to school play,but it scares me. im trying to get her health insurance all plains changed and where waiting.
