What Causes Spots Around Nose, Chin And Hairline?

Hi im 17 and a female and i generally get spots round my nose and chin and a couple on my forehead and as they seem to have cleared up i have noticed that i have quite a few in my hairline all in the same area like just where the hairline dips in they go about 2 inches into the hairline and there is about 15 or so and only on the right side of my head :S any help as to what could of caused it?? thanks x
