What Causes Spots On Body And Face After Stopping Contraceptive Pills?

I have been off the pill for about 8 months and for the last 5 months i have had bad spots on my face, chest and back. I'm guessing this is due to the hormone imbalance. I have been on Tetralysal for a couple of months but it hasn't helped very much yet. Is my skin ever going to go back to how it was before and during i was on the pill? When will be hormones balance again? And i have had some very dark vaginal discharge which I am also guessing is due to the hormonal imbalance.
