What Causes Spots On Inner Thigh And Penis After Having Sex?

I had sex and not long after spots started accuring on inner thigj and on penis, burning sensation while urinating, but now its only the apots that turnt purple thats worrying me, so all i have right now is the spots on my inner thigh they appear as red spots then turn purple please help
