What Causes Spots On My Face, Neck And Shoulder?

hi doctor,
i had a little fever and right now i have cold and a running nose. it is not severe but recently i discovered some 10 something sports on my face and 2-3 on my shoulder and chest. what is happening with me. am i okay? since i have a spotless body i dont have chicken pox in my genes. please help me out..!
