What Causes Spots On Stomach, Legs And Back?

hi, i have spots on my stomach back of my legs on my back and between my legs i've had them for 6-8 years now and i've tried alsorts of creams but nothin seems to work the spots ane like blackheads and i can het hair after hair out of them how can i stop this please help
