What Causes Spots On The Face While On Co2 Laser Resurfacing Treatment?

I am currently in day 6 following full face, neck, chest & hands of fractional co2 laser resurfacing. I have been extremely faithful in wound management....washing twice daily with Cetaphil....vinegar soaks 4x day....& heavy application of Acquaphor at all times. Yesterday & today were major stuffing / rolling off days, but have noticed a couple of areas where my skin looks like possible infection (?) beginning??? I m truly not certain if that s just part of the healing or what.....but because I stopped taking my antibiotic due to a very bitter taste, I am extremely concerned. Today was the last day of taking the antiviral meds too. I first noticed it where my glasses hit on the inside bridge of my nose....one side only. After showering & soaking for the 2nd time today,...I now see a new spot on my left inside cheek/nasal labia area. Because of the appearance only, I m naturally concerned. Because I m covered with Aquaphor, I m uncertain if its oozy or not. Can you please provide me with some guidance? I feel perfectly fine....just icky from Aquaphor & a little itchy here & there. Can I please receive an answer from an experienced physician in performing fractional co2 laser resurfacing procedures?
