What Causes Spots On The Forehead And Face While Using Aspirin?

I am taking 75mg aspirin and I am getting spots on my forehead and face but not anywhere else on my body. My doctor says the aspirin is not the cause and has given me Betnovate ointment to try. They are big bumps not like acne spots. Please advise. Mr. Martin Moss.
