What Causes Spots On The Underside Of The Shaft Of Penis?

i have a cluster of 5 little dots on the underside of my penis on the shatf right in the center on the fold of the forskin. they are no bigger than a good pen mark. vertualy unnoticable when not touched. no itching sensations/buring or pain while peeing. no head ach. was just looking into it
