What Causes Spots With Red Blotchy Patches On Cheeks?

Hi I have had a small cluster of spots on my face on the cheek area with general red blotchy patches for the past 6 wks aprox. The spots have become itchy in the last few days but are sore to touch. I also get extremely tired very quickly. This has lasted for the same amount of time as the spots. Could you please suggest what this could be? Many thanks My age is 34 and my height is 5"6 and about 10 stone
