What Causes Spotted Vision Followed By Loss Of Peripheral Vision?

Hi - I am a 26 year old female. I have been under some stress at work/ have been working long hours and have been over tired. This morning around 7:30am I started to get white solid spots and shiny (almost watery looking) spots in front of my right eye and then I lost my peripheral vision. This went on for probably about 20 minutes. After my sight cleared up my right hand started to become numb and the sensation moved from my thumb outward to my little finger. I have had a headache all day. Thoughts?
