What Causes Spotting, Abdominal Pain With Syncope?

I had to take levonelle and i bled almost normally for a week as per usual but about 3 days following this ive got spotting again and i keep getting really weird pains digging in both sides of my tummy, its very sudden but very painful, enough that i nearly faint. am i pregnant im reallly worried!
