What Causes Spotting After An Intercourse?

Hi, im in the middle of nowhere and cant get to a doctor, About a week ago I finishedmy period, the next day me and my partner had sex and the condom broke, so the next morning we went to get the morning after pill, yesturday and today Im spotting. Its not a full period but i am bleeding, I dont know what to do?

I also feel very uncomfortable down there, it doesnt burn but it doesnt feel normal either.
