What Causes Spotting After Bowel Movement?

hi im 24 with a 23 month old son, about 4 weeks ago i was admited to hospital with suspected apendix i got allowed home a week later to have a renal ct scan as a fallow up my last period was 18 june and yeasterday i had a pink bleed after a bowel movement im really emotional short tempered and worried would be very grateful to find out what is goin on. P.S not preg blood and urine
