What Causes Spotting After Having Unsafe Sex?

Hi,I menstruated from 30th January to 3rd February,on 4th and 5th Feb was spotting,had unprotected sex on 6th and 17 February am I pregnant? Regularly I receive every first week of anew month am I on 28 or 35 cycle? I have used morning after pill in some instances between the may 2014 n January 2015 can that affects my conceiving?
