What Causes Spotting Along With Pain In Abdomen And Back?

hi I don't know whats wrong with me this is the second day that I have woken up in the morning bleeding alittle bit its peach color and be like 1pm it goes away and ive been having stomach pain and back pain for awhile and everytime I try to eat I take a couple bites and feel full and nauseaus. on top of all that ive been feeling shakey and antsy I really don't know whats wrong
