What Causes Spotting Along With Vaginal Bleeding During Urination?

hi i m going to be 41 in 10 days and my last period was the end of december and for the last 2 or 3 days i have had light spotting/ nothing that i need a pad for just when i pee except for last night i passed on large blood clot and bleed a little but now i m not doing anything but spotting again. maybe 2 or 3 times a day
