What Causes Spotting And UTI's Post Hysterectomy?

I had a hysterectomy August 2013 and since then I've had multiple bacterial infections and urinary tract infections. I've also had granulation tissue removed twice in 2014 because I started spotting after being intimate. Well its January 2015 and 2 days ago we were intimate again and I've been spotting for 2 days. Should I be worried or is this normal??
