What Causes Spotting And Abdomen Pain During Intercourse After Hysterectomy?

I had an abdominal hysterectomy last October. They kept my ovaries in. After intercourse, there is a faint pink color. I also have lots of abdominal burning pain. In addition, there is a strong odor that won't go away. I am always in pain. What could it be?
