What Causes Spotting And Abdominal Cramps?

hi.. i had unprotected sex on the 10th of this month. my periods were due on the 11th. 16 hours after sex i took an ipill and still have not got my periods. but since last night that is the 15th, i have been having spotting and stomach cramps. what does this indicate ?
