What Causes Spotting And Bleeding After Intercourse?

I'm 30 yrs old having vaginal spotting for 1 month &i'm taking 50 mcg thyronorm for past 4 yrs recently i had checked thyroid level & it was normal becoz of spotting i undergone transvaginal scan &clinical test it was normal but still spotting is there while urinating and after intercourse i'm bleeding please help me
