What Causes Spotting And Cramps?

Hello, I am 44 years old medium weight & 5-4. My last period was April 29. It is near middle of june. my symptoms are scanty pink blood only when I wipe on & off now for over a week. With cramping and feeling queasy at night. I never took the pill or take any medications. Pregnancy tests negative then faint positives.
