What Causes Spotting And Frequent Urination?

hi im an 19 yr old girl and my weight is 188 and im only 5'1".. im on the depo shot, and all of a sudden i cant stop using the bathroom and now im spotting for the first time since i got on it in 2006. what is the cause of the spotting and urinating every 10 minutes
