What Causes Spotting And Kicking Sensation In Abdomen?

Hi! Thank you for helping me! For the last three weeks I have been getting a kicking sensation up towards my ribs that I can feel with my hand...it feels exactly like when I was pregnant with my daughter - she is now six months old. I have abdominal pain up where the kicks are and I am slightly spotting. What's going on? All my bloood tests are coming back normal for my organs and no HCG...
