What Causes Spotting And Missing Periods?

hi, i had unprotected sex on april 8th the last time i had my period was march 25th the first day, i have been spotting and have not gotten my period yet im not sure if i should go see a doctor or not, i have been getting dizzy and alot of heartburn. i am 23 years old
