What Causes Spotting And Pain After Dilation And Curettage?

Hi I am Hina from Dubai. My age is 28+ and 2weeks back i had D&C in 9weeks pregnancy on 15th may 2010. Since beginning i was constantly spotting after my D&C and then it stopped completely for last 2days and now again it begun with little inconsiderable pain. Should i assume this bleeding as my normal periods or its still irregular bleeding because of D&C.? I am confused as my doctor advised me to complete 3cycles to get pregnant for the next baby. Please help.
