What Causes Spotting And Pain On One Side?

Hi there I had an ectopic pregnancy in March this year (I was using contraception when I concieved), I have been using contraception since then but I have had spotting and sharp pains in my one side the last few days, especially when I take a deep breath in, what are the chances of me having another ectopic? Please help me im so worried :\
