What Causes Spotting And Red Vaginal Lips?

Hi it's been 4 days from now since it started that there's something light bleed in a beginning and now having a brown colored I don't know why and my period is every 24-25th of the month.what is this about?and b4 that my vagina lips is kind of Red and having seems a rushes bug it's not rushed.
