What Causes Spotting And Soreness In Breasts Post Depo Provera Withdrawal?

Hi I been on the depo for four years now but I just got off two months now my period is normal I already went through the withdrawal like two after stopping but for two I been feeling different my breast hurt so bad even if the water hit it it hurts I can sleep on them and they feel really heavy when I take my bra off I started spotting in the morning when I wipe I don t get my period for two weeks and now two days ago I started feeling nauseous can I have the withdrawal again please help thank you
