What Causes Spotting Between Periods And Severe Stomach Bloating?

My period is almost 2 months late. Ive had light spotting throughout the last two months. I have been extremely bloated, gained 15 pounds. Took multiple hpt and ive had a blood preg test done as well. I have no idea whats going on and im starting to get a bit concerned
