What Causes Spotting, Cramps And White Discharge From Breast?

brown spotting last month on the 10th and then on the 15th proper bleeding started. Unsure which one is my first day of the last menstrual period. Have not got my period yet this month. Caught a cold. white discharge from breasts on squeezing. cramps occasionally in lower abdomen but not as severe as period cramps. Am I pregnant?. Pregnancy test done on 15th this month was negative.
