What Causes Spotting During Periods And Bleeding After Sex?

i have been spotting for the last week but have no period
when i wipe orange rusty colored blood appears but no actual blood flow like i experience with a period
when my husband and i have sex there is huge amounts of blood everywhere
i have never had a normal period cycle
i took a pregnancy test and it came back negative
in certain positions i experience some pain during sex
there is now a bit of itching at the entrance to my vagina
i have trouble peeing in that it feels like i need to pee really badly but then there are just drops of pee
i have been on medication for a vaginal infection and urinary tract infection for 2 days now and the itching is easing but the blood is not going away
should i be worried about anything more serious than the vaginal infection or urinary tract infection
how long should we wait before we have sex again
