What Causes Spotting, Fatigue And Dizziness?

Hello, I had my period like normal and I started on the 31st of December. Lasted about 5-6 days which is normal. Then yesterday January 13th I noticed light pink discharge. But barely there only when I wipe and very little. I've been exhausted, headaches for 3 days now. I've been dizzy and have lost my balance a few times. I had a tubal in 2002 as well. Should I be concerned about pregnancy?
