What Causes Spotting, Hot Flashes, Dizziness, Nausea And Cramping?

I am 10 days late. I had sex with my fiance last night we noticed pink stuff when i wiped so we didn't try to have sex anymore and today i stated my period i think....at first it was heavy now its light and I'm having hot flashes, I'm very dizzy, I am very nauseous and I am having cramping. Am i still pregnant or is this a miscarriage?
