What Causes Spotting Of Blood Through The Vagina?

I went to the bathroom to urinate and when I wiped I had pink tint, checked where it came from and it comes from vagina. I had a pap 5 days ago, currently taking antibiotics for red cells in my urine and have upper right abdominal so taking acid in stomach medication while we wait for blood work and tests. What can this blood be?
