What Causes Spotting, Positive Urine Test For Pregnancy But Negative Blood Test?

I 30 years old I was told I going though menopause I havnt had period since april of last year I did have last month it was pinky for five days and just had one for February for eight day but my tubes are just tie though my navel it been almost seven years and last year I keep coming up positive urine test and blood come back negative I feel something moving in my stomach I look like I seven month pregnancy please help me
