What Causes Spotting Post Laproscopic Partial Hysterectomy?

I had a laproscopic partial hysterectomy 2 weeks ago today. I have my cervix and one ovary. I am bleeding a little on the tp when I went to the bathroom. Could it be stitches dissolving? I did run allot of errands yesterday. I went to church with my 9 kids the day before. Today, I help take ornaments off the christmas tree. Do you think its stitches or am I in need of taking it easy?
