What Causes Spotting, Sore Breast And Mood Fluctuations?

Hi. I started my last period on 20/03 - 25/03. This month i'm only spotting for a few days since 11/04. My right breast is sore & i have a lump in it. I'm very short tempered & irritated,I already have 2 kids. Could i be pregnant,when should I do the test?
