What Causes Spotting With Pressure On Bowels?

Hello,
I dont have my peroid, i ended up getting it a week or two early. I t was fine ..seemed noremal. Now im spotting brown stuff. Idk what is i nvr seen it before. And my bladder hurts..not as in cramps.. its tender..like if anything is pressed against it slightly.. idk whats wrong with me,
