What Causes Spotting?

hi i'm 17 years old and i have been recently having pregnancy signs and i took a urination pregnancy test and it came back negative i also took a blood pregnancy test and i haven't receive my results yet and also when i wipe after peeing i have blood on my tissue but not in my panties what's the matter?
