What Causes Spotting?

Everytime I go to the restroom and I pee I get this brown discharge when I wipe myself and its everytime I go and I had my last period on march 3 and haven't had one since what can this be? I had a baby 3 mths ago and am 5'4 in height and weigh 154 and am 21 years old
