What Causes Spreading Bumps On My Penis?

I had these flesh colored bumps on my penis head for about a year now, it doesn't hurt or feel itchy or anything it just there. also the bumps are only on my penis head, it very slowly spreading on my penis head as in it didn't spread that much and I'm still a virgin so I'm kind of concerned. so do you have any idea on how to get rid of it?
