What Causes Spreading Of Blisters On Abdomen?

When getting into the shower 2 days ago i must've rubbed my pj's against my abdomen and I rubbed the skin off a blister that I didn't even know was there and cannot figure out any reason I would have gotten one right in middle 3+ inches above waist. Hoping it isn't shingles!!
