What Causes Sputum Discoloration, Dry Painful Throat With Blood On Spitting?

I am 27 and recently I noticed that my sputum has a sort of brownish/yellowish coloration.please what could be the cause and how do I treat this because now I have a painful and dry throat. I have also noticed that for years now whenever I brush my tongue int the morning I sometimes spit out blood, is it that I am scrubbing too hard because I try not to as I brush the inner part of the tongue. I also have boils around my private part which comes and goes. I may have 1 or 2 at a time or multiple in quick succession an not have any for months. I have taken the antibiotics recommended and trosyd cream but it keeps reoccurring. Please help me. Thanks
