What Causes Squeezing Feeling In Throat?

hi im 25 years old female and i've been feeling like at one point someone is sqweezing my throat and another point something is sitting in my throat but it doesn't hurt im not having trouble breathing i dont have a cough im talking fine i keep feeling my neck to see if there is a lump i dont feel anything do u have any ideas
