What Causes Squishy Lumps Around The Anal Region?

I have squishy lump under my anus and another one above it closer to the anus that sticks out further. I'm a driver I'm in the truck for hours a day and it hurts when I sit straight up but when I'm home and can lean a little bit I'm fine. What could it be?
