What Causes Stabbing Chest Pain, Persistent Sore On Back And Scalp?

Hello I am a 47 y\o female with a long history of alcohol and narc abuse. I have been exp persistent sores on the back of my scalp towards the nape. I have had these for around 9 mos. Off and on ..mostly on. I also suffer from kidney area pain, shooting pain in my entire right leg starting at my hip. Also I ve been having constant mild to sometimes stabbing pain in my chest area. Been checked out..was told no blockage although visited ER twice over last 3 yes and was diagnosed at the time with ventricular tachycardia, I am currently severely dependent on opiates and drink daily. Oh and also been exp numbness down my right arm. I understand of course I need/have to find some way to stop the opiates and booze just too scared and poor to get the help I desperately need. I am covered only by bare minimum ins. as required by Obamacare whatever.... Preventive services only. What do you think my physical symptoms mean?
