What Causes Stabbing Headache And Facial Muscle Crunching?

Hi I am a basically healthy 21 year old male. I have been recently experiencing sharp stabbing headaches accompanied by severe facial muscle crunching. It's the only way I can describe it. At times my whole right side from my neck up just crunches up and I feel as though I can't move my face out of it. These spasms last 30 seconds to 40 seconds tops, and afterwards I have a lasting headache, and I feel sleepy or tired.It has only happened three times and began at work this past summer. What does this mean? Should I be worried?
