What Causes Stabbing Pain Behind My Navel?

hi, for the last week or so i've been suffering with terrible pains behind my navel. its like a bubbling feeling which i thought it was just wind. the pain is like a stabbing pain though and it radiates everywhere. my lower abdomen and im getting like a stinging sensation in my chest. also 2days ago i woke with a pain in my left groin and bubbling in my left leg. could you please shed some light on what this maybe? thanks Rhian
